API Authentication to Coinbase using Classic ASP

I am building an API function to access the user accounts and addresses of my account on Coinbase. The technology is Classic ASP. My request is for a small library that will allow my ASP code to authenticate on Coinbase API.
I have code that is partially working, it needs a bug fix. Essentially the job is to sha256 encode an authorisation call to Coinbase. I have the documentation ready.
