We need an experienced Twillio flex developer to set up Twilio flex contact centre.
You will need configure settings for 8 agents and activate features like sms, ivr, click to call, chat and all assciated plug ins to get the system to work smoothly.
We currently use Twilio integrated through Zoho crm but would like to upgrade to Twilio flex and continue the integration with zoho crm
1 Calling inbound outbound,
2 Send SMS,
3, Transfer calls to agents, Message alerts when agents miss calls and receive sms
4, Sms Picture
6, Record all calls in zoho or have a recorded link stored under the clients details
7 receive and makes calls to Mobile
8, All activity data available in Zoho CRM
As mentioned we already have twilio set up with Zoho intergration but need to upgrade to Twilio Flex
