Hi Joyce and thank you for posting your project. I am a architectural and interior designer with 12+ years experience and extensive 2D and 3D CAD knowledge. I also have similar arrangements with a few other architects and designers and have worked on quite a few US projects so have understanding of local rules and regulations so am ideally suited to offer assistance. We can work prices on a project to project basis depending on scope of work etc. From your side I will need some indication of layout requirements and design concept, sketchrd etc in order to interpret the design into layouts and working drawings or 3Ds or both. From mine I will provide regular updates and drawings for review to ensure that all is as you intend it to be. My normal setup is two sets of revisions but this can be discussed as needed.
