COMPLETED 3d Plumbing model Due by: 5:00pm (Mountain AZ Time US) on July 8th, 2019 We have a 5 story hotel that is completed in AutoCAD up through 95% CD set. We need this translated into a 3d model at LOD 350 for coordination for the first deliverable. Once the project has been cordinated we will also complete the CD set in Revit 2019 instead of AutoCAD. It is a very very simple project as the units have typical plumbing and fixtures, the hardest parts of the building are the common areas. This will take someone experienced in Revit 2019 modeling plumbing and/or mechanical, but it is not a difficult project. If the rates are too high we will keep this project in house, but if there is good help that can knock an easy project out quick, please feel free to contact us. We only need help putting in the 3d model elements. Sheet setups, view setups, annotation, scheduling, etc. are not needed for this project, we will do that in house at a later date. Please feel free to look at the PDF set attachment, there are also CAD files of that same set that can be used for reference. Scope: Level of Detail: US LOD 350 (ALL Plumbing in 3d to correct heights, slopes, locations, sizes, materials, systems, etc.) No details, schedules, details, etc. are needed. This is for Plumbing coordination purposes.) We do not need to model the piping hangars. What we have to start with: 95% CD .pdf Set and the .dwg drawings to match. We do have a revit template from our client, with piping families and fittings, however, you can use any families, but they must be 100% in English and Imperial, along with matching all systems and information in sets.
