Automation Script Web Application

I would like someone who is familiar with website automation to help me create a script that can engage users I would like the functionality to create accounts for different users and where they can add accounts and choose a series of URLs to interact with I would like this script to run ever 1-2 minutes once a user creates an account and adds their website credentials. There will be more on-going work if this is delivered successfully - experience with building automation scripts is required
