Build simple trading software,

I want a program that will run on 64 bit Ubuntu Linux, that lets you select a bitcoin address to watch (example [url removed, login to view]) When the address I select to watch receives bitcoins I want the bot to short bitcoins on [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view])(/v1/weeklyfutures/open_sell) When the address sends bitcoins to another address the bot should buy back the futures /v1/weeklyfutures/close_buy
