Hi, I am an experienced software engineer. I think I can help you with this but I didn't understand what you mean by 'IPN'. AFAIK it's a PayPal service, so we cannot use it for this. However there are other ways where we can implement a notification system for Ethereum transactions. I can advise on ways to achieve that if you can tell me more of the task. Thanks.
