Partner to create crypto currency (similair to bitcoin)

Help me to create crypto currency. The cryptocoin can be based either on SHA-256 algorithm (like Bitcoin) or scrypt algorithm (like Litecoin), but not like Ripple.

This is project also involves some consultation from you on to which algorithm to choose and other specs, to make my new cryptocoin different and better in some ways current cryptocoins are not.
