Need a Clone of DriveU in Android and IOS platform

I want same clone like DriveU but a little different . DriveU shows rate as per their fixed hourly structure and I want it to be calculated on per km basis + a flat pick up charge. Let’s say if is Rs. 5 per km driver charge, the customer goes 10 kms then he pays Rs.50. And also a waiting charge timer fixed which will lead to auto-cancel. Waiting timer fixed to 5 mins. If they have 3 cancellation, they will be blocked until we open the account. And regarding the driver UI, driver will be given duty the same way ola and Uber works. Duty will be displayed and driver located nearby can accept and reach the location. Payment gateway to be linked soon later. Initially to launch as Cash on Arrival. But payment gateway to be linked also as our company is in process. Anything further, we shall advice the same while developing. Note I may change the design 2-3 times maximum if I don’t like it. But not more than that. Hope all is clear. Looking for a good design and platform. We can also think you bringing you into our company as a shareholder of certain percentage, if we like and decide and negotiate well at the later time. Driver needs to upload few documents for which the segment should be created and account to be approved once we approve it. Driver will have a wallet linked to their bank account and same goes with customer will also have a wallet where they can deposit money.
