Do some Blog Posting on a science website

I need an active science writer. I own a website that is based on science writings but due to a hectic schedule of mine, I am unable to give time to my site. My blogs are mainly centered on physics and astrophysics. But one can also do psychology or microbiology. I will pay you 60% of the total Adsense earning. I also own a page on Facebook that is related to the website which has about 20k likes (and the adverts are still on). Disclaimer: One must be able to deliver 7-10 (more is appreciated) posts per week. Each post should be about a thousand words long. The post should be error proof. It should be free of plagiarism and Copyscape. I will show you the Adsense report every last day of the week. I'd also require some sample(s) writing beforehand. Some experience is preferred or don't worry, just show me your writing.
