Converting a 2 unit residential to business shop (pizza shop). Need someone who understands International Building Code (IBC) and International Existing Building Codes (IEBC) to do write a code analysis for the project. I have a liscensed architect who designed a floor plan already, just need somone to write a code analysis. Most importantly, I need the code analysis to provide an analysis of whether automatic fire sprinklers are needed for the project.

Hello, Are you seriously with the budget? It's unusual budget. An hourly project always less than $20/hr and fixed price usually above $10. What I see now, the budget is $50 - 100 per hour. Please, put a normal budget. I suppose it was an accident.

i am experiencing in that field i work lot of time in that field. building code for that is building must be earth quick protect all the material and ratio of material is up to date paint work must be clear properly

I have good knowledge of California building code. Load combination as per ASCE 7-10. RECENTLY done a project of load calculation of 2nd floor on existing building GF with the help of ASCE manual. Relevant Skills and Experience As already mentioned did a client project on load calculation of residential building based on California building code. Good knowledge of euro code, ASCE, IS code, steel manual
