Hi there, I'm a professional Quantity surveyor who worked in Middle East and Sri Lanka (10 years of experience in consultancy and contracting) involving in Waterfront project, Colombo, Sri Lanka. (US$ 600 Million) (you may check in you tube). The Engineer & major ID consultant is Balmond studio Ltd UK and the major components of the project are delivered from Europe. Unlike the other Asian region QS, I gained vast knowledge of euro products as well as the prices due to this project. This will enable me to maintain the accuracy of the calculation in your project. In-order to do the whole cost for this project, we need a professional who can do the measurements, estimation of the prices and budgeting. Since I'm having expertise in this field, I can able to do this task in a reasonable price. As per my understanding based on your drawings, It's a small scale approximately 180 sqm area single storey hospital project. Further we need to develop HVAC and Plumbing drawings in-order to finalize the full cost of the building. Since the finishes and structural elements are not detailed, we need structural and finishes schedules as well. Upon receiving the full details with CAD drawings, we can able to complete this task within 4 days. Since there is an X-Ray room, we have to introduce concrete wall in-order to resist the radiation. I assume that you only require BOQ and not BOM. By considering the above facts, we can able derive a compatible costing in the stipulated time period.
