I need a small futuristic costal city/town modelled in 3DS Max. I'm not fixed on the rendering engine used, please specify in the quote which you would use. The town needs: - Park - a port/marina - Sea front bars, restaurants - A town square with bars, restaurants around it - 3 Hotels - Indoor shopping Mall (this can be fairly simple, doesn't need to be original) - Residential flats - A vertical farm and industrial area - Office area It should be compact but large enough to accommodate about 10,000 people, around 5 - 10 stories high. It needs to have a curvy organic Zaha Hadid style architecture. It will also need promotional videos created from the models that include people so it looks populated.
