Business Consultant Required to Expand Operation

We are a Third Party Logistics Company operating in the North American Market. I would like to plan growth over the next year and need management consultant services. If you have experience with helping small business grow and reach new heights , please message me to discuss. We are currently 8 people and I would like to grow significantly (300%) over the next year. I need a detailed human resource plan, operational plan, Company culture, Mission Statement and Strategy, Marketing plan, Compensation plan, IT plan, infrastructure plan and a financial plan. I would like to review the SWOT of the company and develop high level strategy to achieve the prepare and plan for proper growth . Having experience with automating payables/Receivables and outsourcing customer service is an asset. Thank you!
