I represent a company looking for both business planning services and help raising either equity or debt funds. The company has a business plan in place, but would like a consult of their business plan to determine what portions need further details or work. Please submit a bid regarding your charge for looking over the business plan and offering advice. Then please PM with an estimate (non-binding of course since you have yet to see the plan) on what you would charge to help finalize the business plan. Hourly rates are welcome as well as fixed prices submissions. Finally, in the PM, also please indicate your ability to help raise both equity or debt funds and what arrangement you have in place to do so(general track record is fine as a starting point/amount raised in the past) and what compensation you request for this work (finder’s fee, fixed fee, etc). Only Freelancers from the U.S., Canada and certain parts of the EU will be considered for this project. Also, please note, that before beginning any work, you will be required to sign and NDA.
