Make a dll (expected size, as others have been done, is 40-60k) using Visual C++
Take our api (pdf, 70k) and implement seven(7) functions that are in the api. This api needs to integrate to the api with the application blender (free from [login to view URL]).

Here is one of the 7 api call's
unsigned int Exporter_GetNumInterpolators(void)
This function is called when the user chooses a it from the drop down list. Once an exporter is chosen the exporter calls this function to find out how many different ways the interpolation can be done. The plugin must return the number of interpolators the application you are exporting expects.

Four are easy like this, the other three, and a little more complex.
They follow the logic of
WriteHeader : opens file and writes header info if needed.
WriteData : writes keyframe, data to file
WriteTail : writes closing information and closed file.

What's involved?
Writing the VC DLL.
Understanding the blender api, and the application, and ensuring that it works. [login to view URL] contains two manuals and the application (again free to download).
Once the DLL is written, It will need to be tested, which I will do.
Thats it. A simple job, but again for the person that does it well, and understands what we are trying to achive, there are other project we would consider implementing this way.
