A customised mobile sip dialer

I need customized Mobile application “fring like” that works with asterisk based billing system that supports this list of mobile devices:

Ø Windows ce

Ø symbian

Ø iphone

Ø blackberry

Ø other old mobile phones that support J2EE or J2me

application feuaters:

Ø making and recieving Voip calls

Ø sending and recieving sms

Ø im messages with yahoo and msn .....

more:

Ø showing the sip phone number or extension number

Ø showing user’s balanse

Ø showing in call rate of the minute

Ø abillity of calling or sending sms to numbers from the phonebook

Ø bloking in setting menu the sip ip address
