ModX xPDO Database Module

I need a database module that can: 1- Create a database for a user from a snippet call. The snippet will take arguments for database name, database admin name and password, and a multidimensional array that contains other multidimensional arrays. 2- The multidimensional array will be used in the following way: A) The name of each second level multidimensional array will be the name of a table in the newly created database. B) The elements of the second level multidimensional array will contain the information necessary to create fields within the table with information necessary for creating fields in a mySql database - Name of field, type, length/values, etc... 3 - A snippet call to add/delete fields to tables 4 - A snippet call to add/delete tables in these databases 5 - All snippets must contain security checks for sql injection attacks. 6 - All database connections will be done over https connection. I am not a professional so I will gladly consider any suggestion...
