UITableView Columns / Cells / Rows

I need a mainview created with a table and sample data in it.
This UITableView must contain columns as shown in the diagram. I need sample data in each of these fields for
12 rows loaded from a string array. I want everything in the array however only the first 7 displayed.
I have attached a sample txt file containing strings I am referring to.
The other info / buttons on the page are cosmetic and don't need to be linked.
