iPhone/iPad Application: Photo Editing App - repost

We need a photo editing app created. This will be a border creation application like PicStich. You may notice that you may have all ready read a post for this earlier this year. Due to complications with our Freelancer account we need to re-post and gather bids once again, your understanding is appreciated. I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, high quality looking, mobile application This needs to be a job that can be a completed quickly and in a professional matter. Depending on the quality of work we are looking to hire full time since we have many projects that need development. Requirements: -Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design. -Someone with a high rating. -Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products. -Someone who speaks and can communicate in English well.
