53294 Simple Web Browser + Refresh

I need a Windows Application System (prefer running stand alone) of the simplest web browser with auto refresh function based on adjustable time interval (say every 5 minutes) Must be able to save password as it's going to refresh from password-protected directory with port access without keep prompting for password. I don't need anything fancy, just full screen. Frame support is optional. Able to execute this same application many times as I am refreshing more than 1 directory. This is a personal school project i'm making this so i'm able to see updates of data and not have a huge budget one. Will consider reasonable price bid.
