Android - Beaglebone Black - Windows Eclipse Programming Coach - open to bidding

I would like to know if you can provide the coaching for the Beaglebone Black development plans, as well as using Windows programming using Eclipse (or other development system) that will allow for writing the apps (touchscreen based) that will deal with hardware interface. The goal is to be able to develop the apps using C/C++. I have the existing QT development IDE that needs to be improved, including the event driven routines for serial and I2C communication as well as GPIO too. 5 hours discussion. If your coaching is helpful, it will lead to the development projects, including the routines to be written to work with specific services.
