Converting HEIC to JPG on fly

I have got Mobile website in development. (not an App but mobile compatible website ) It allows users to upload image i.e. user can use camera to click a new image and attach or pick existing image from library. All was working fine, up till IOS 11 upgrade came which introduced HEIC format of images. Now we are getting HEIC images loaded to our server which is not supported by the browser. I need help from Developer who has handled this situation i.e. conversion of HEIC to JPG on the fly. Technologies we are using: Angular 1.x , .Net. SQL Server.
