Slimming down custom OpenMesh/Cloudtrax application.

We are looking for embedded system developers with good knowledge of C, Lua and experience with OpenWRT-based WIFI systems to help us decrease the size of the application and make sure it will fit on space-limited devices.
We are using Cloudtrax service [0] with OMPv2 routers [1] to provide WIFI analytics to our customers.
We install additional code on the routers via custom shell scripts [2] where we download and extract our application, but with latest OpenMesh firmwares we are having troubles as the application doesn't fit the available space.
Application consists of library binaries (lua, sqlite, pcap, radiotap), precompiled Lua code and shell scripts. Main binary is a mix of C and Lua code. The operating system is OpenWRT and LEDE Project in latest firmware.
Main objective is to make sure the application reduces in size, but if feasible or in the future
we plan on moving away from Lua and porting all code to C. There is possibility of joing us in similar area of development.
