We have a C library written in Visual Studio 2005 using LibAV and SDL 1.2 which is used for playback video segments within an application written in CSharp.
While it was possible to get all mouse events on Windows 8.1 and previous editions, the mouse wheel events are not available any more in the CSharp application under Windows 10.
Your task would be to enable the mouse wheel events under Windows 10, so it will work on Windows XP, vista, 7, 8 and 10. Only the C Library is subject to change, the actual versions of the VC Compiler, LibAV and SDL must remain the same.
Prerequisites: Good Skills in SDL 1.2, knowledge of Visual Studio 2005, you need to have a PC or Notebook running Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2005 Development Environment installed.
