ASP.NET – DevExpress Dashboard Viewer Version 2.

Task:

History: We already have a DeveExpress Dashboard Viewer program (C#) what visualize data from a MS SQL database via DashboardViewer control (We can give the source code of the program.). We like to develop this program to Dashboard Viewer Version 2:

We need this changes in the program:

In the [login to view URL] picture you can the program now.

You can see two screenshots about a plan of the changes in the attached files, what we like to see:

1. In the upper part there is a menu. We need a 1 row panel instead of Ribbon. In this row we like to see all of the information in upper parts + the name of the logged in user.

2. Place a grid in the left hand side instead of NavBar control and visualize the dashboards grupped.

In the grid, we need 3 columns:

1. Icon of the dashboard,

2. Name of the dashboard

3. Description of the dashboard.

Because this is a lot of information to show, after login, we must see the grid in full screen (and of course, the 1 row menu in the upper part). If there are too many information, we can scroll. (You can see on the [login to view URL] picture)

3. After choosing the Dashboard, all icons of the upper menu become inactiv, but appear a „Back” button. So, the Dashboard appear in full screen (of course we see the upper menu)

4. If we rotate the mobile device, the Dashboard fit to the screen.

5. If we see the Dashboard, the program have to save the user, the time, and the name of the dashboard. ( We give the programmer the written procedures).
