SharePoint, SQL Server, and InfoPath project in Northern Virginia

We use SharePoint 2013, SQL Server 2012, and Visual Studio to integrate and display large, U.S. government-based data sets. We support end-user data input via InfoPath forms and a 3rd party SharePoint-related product called Qdabra. And there is a heavy emphasis on report and dashboard development using SQL Server Reporting Services. Currently we are only considering people local to Northern Virginia to periodically work on site. If you are in the ballpark of these technologies we are willing to consider training those who have shown interest in these areas in the past.
