From php script to Whatsapp

I have database which has;

phone_wp (phone number)

content_wp (message)

status_wp (message status: wait,success or failed)

I want you to make a whatsapp b_o_t which checks the status_wp all the time and even if there's a new insert which has "wait" in status_wp, You program will get the content_wp and send it to the number (phone_wp) then signs the status_wp as success.

I have my own database and php script is ready. Just need your program, grap the data from mysql database and send it from whatsapp web.

It must be sending msgs fast!
