Hello, May I ask you to clarify essential point of project? What browser you need to get URL from? - IE or Chrome? This is key issue because of: IE allowed automation, so, it is possible to get access to IE via Windows Shell and then take URL. Chrome not allow automation, and solution will be not so simple.
