Implement algorithms for machine learning

I am hiring developers to implement new algoritihms for the [login to view URL] Framework ([login to view URL]). This first offer is for someone to implement a k-Medoids algorithms that conforms with the current clustering interfaces of the [login to view URL] Framework.
The k-medoids algorithm is a standard algorithm completely described in Wikipedia: [login to view URL]
The [login to view URL] Framework is written entirely in C#. The outcome of the work would need to be licensed under the MIT License.
Note: Implementing the algorithm should be fairly straightforward, maybe the biggest challenge would be on making the implementation:
1) Conform with Accord.NET interfaces,
2) Be (of course) validated in either real datasets or unit tests,
3) Be available under a MIT or BSD license.
Now, note that *I can totally help with item 1*. Also, item 3 means that you are **free to use any other MIT or BSD-licensed code as a base**. If you find a k-medoids algorithm implementation under a MIT or BSD license, for example, you can just adapt it to C#, make it work with Accord.NET clustering interfaces (an example for k-means, that you can adapt and also use as a base, is available at https://github.com/accord-net/framework/blob/development/Sources/Accord.MachineLearning/Clustering/KMeans/KMeans.cs), and submit a few unit tests proving that your implementation works.
Also note that, after this work is complete, there are many other similar works that you might be able to apply for.
