Hi, You no need to use Microsoft office interop dll since you have to purchase Microsoft office license. There is a free open source library . this is pretty easy. use the streamreader to read the text file. use the miscrosoft Interop service to append the streamreader text into word. if you need more help I can do it in a jiffy.
