Inspection, recommendation, consolidation & development of web application on Azure.

1. I am a software nerd...but suffered brain injury in 2014 and cannot use software like I once did. My wife is helping me write this! 2. I need someone to inspect three simple asp.net websites and SQL Server databases built in past. After you inspect all the systems I need a recommendation and plan for consolidating all of them into a lower cost Azure-based system. They are currently in Azure but were built years ago and have been 100% neglected since 2014. They exist in two Azure subscriptions and multiple virtual machines and database servers. I am certain they can be consolidated into a single subscription & single (or zero)virtual machines with lower cost. They contain basic HTML, ASP.net, VB.net, C#, javascript, and ran on IIS. The most developed, biggest, and oldest application has been running since 1992. One of the newer webs uses bootstrap and perhaps they all should now use bootstrap. The databases are basic SQL. I was working on some code/db/webs before my accident and never finished them. Now, I think at least some, if not all of them, can be removed or archived to reduce costs. I tried to reinitiate/fix them myself but quickly realized that my poor memory (because of my brain injury) made the work very difficult and that I need an expert. Having said that, I don't really think this work is very difficult for the average computer nerd. It is just difficult for me because of my injury and due to lack of work, practice, and upkeep over the past three years.
