We have a project that has been refactored so it works with Visual Studio 2017. The project has an addin that needs to be installed on Visual Studio 2017 as an extension. The person whom refactored the project instead of Making a proper VSIX installer mad an MSI based installer that after Visual Studio 2017 was updated doesnt work anymore.
We need a person that actually creates a NEW PROJECT on the solution and make a proper VSIX installer for that extension that should work with the latest version of Visual Studio 2017 and the updates to come (meaning that VSIX installer should install the extension properly regardless of the updates that Visual Studio 2017 might have). There is no functionality to be developed on the ADDIN only to make the real VSIX installer to properly install the extension on to Visual Studio 2017. MSI Based installers will not be accepted.

I'm having more than two years of experience in developing visual studio addin and vsix extensions and currently working on a visual studio market place hosted extension.
