Microsoft Graph API extract emails from Exchange online

Looking to have someone develop code which will extract both meetings and emails from exchange online across and organisation and put the results into an Azure database.
The database will be built separately, I am looking for someone to write the code to add a new row in that table for each email and meeting which comes in.
The deployment should be easy to deal with people joining and leaving the Microsoft tenancy. So it should work as new people join or leave the organisation.
Must have had experience with the Graph API previously to be considered for this work.
