Send Android and IOS notifications

Hello, I would like to hire a DotNet developer with FCM knowledge to deliver me a very simple Console Application sends notifications to Android and IOS devices. So I do *not* need a fully well-written application. I *just need* you to develop a Console Application that sends 1 notification, either by specifying command-line parameters, or by hardcoding them. The deliverables will be: 1) The proof of a sent notification (with icon, priority, and time to live) 2) The proof of receiving the notification in an Android and in an IOS app 3) The C# source code that sends the notification The notifications must have the following ingredients in the Payload: - Notification title - Notification body - Notification icon - Notification data (key/value pair) - Priority - Time to Live Only developers with Firebase Cloud Messaging experience!
