Stock Market Dashboard

I want you to write software that will (1) download a file from a particular websites and then import it into destination table, (2) allow me to add categories and sub-items (Reports) in TreeView controls, (3) display output on the screen for the selected reports. Reports properties contains sql query or stored procedure details that will run to retrieve desired output/results. Front end/GUI should be developed in C# and database will be MS SQL server 2012. Operating System can be Win 2007, Windows 8 and above. For further details please refer to Business Requirement Document attached herewith. You will provide me source code and exe at various delivery phases.
