Windows Exe (Right-Click work)

**** NO NEED PHP / MYSQL DEVELOPER. I AM PHP DEV**** Hello. You can find everything I want from github links in details. I have a api based upload/share website. which is very simple. only upload file for 24hour. There will be user login. After user login to WEBSITE, there will be unique verif code for user. They will use it for auth on APP. I will be happy if there is no .NET FRAMEWORK requires. But its up to you. No need perfect UI. you can get it same as [login to view URL] I want a windows app which works like ; User can select language when app start on first time (or installing screen). 1A) If a user Right-Click on any file, there will be show "Upload File" on that list. And after clicking it, app will POST THE FILE to "[login to view URL]". And app will show you the respond from [login to view URL] which will be URL or the uploaded file. Or, "Sorry, you cant upload more than 2MB". User can upload multible files in one request. User can see the process bar; -Uploading- 1B) User can upload folder too. If right click to folder, there will be show new button. It will be ; "Zip and Upload" This option will zip the folder, and post to server. User can see the process bar; -Zipping- -Uploading- After uploading is done, there will be little popup windows which shows uploaded file link. 2) App should update itself automaticly OR alert the user "new version found. update now". After click Update, will update automaticly. 3) App should start on windows start and minimize itself. (Right Down corner in windows) *User can select language there. *Start on windows start (default: yes) *User can select copy to clipboard the uploaded file URL (defualt: copy to clipboard ) *User can login / logout. How login works? In login - register screen, register button LINK to [login to view URL] login button will ask AUTH CODE. User can get their auth CODE from my website. After they write theiir AUTH CODE, it will post the data to [login to view URL] if api / website's respond user OK, user will post files with new parameter. Its the auth code. When user try to upload something, app will sent post data to server with user auth code. Login / Logout system can be diffrent way too.
