For The Freelancer to do To draw up 12 parts o Design/Draw a chair o Design a frame for the forklift o A steering wheel/ mechanism o Pedals (x2) o Hand brake o Control lever for the up and down functions o Wheels (x3) o Shafts o Nuts o Threaded bar (x1) o Support bars (x2) o The forklift o All dimensions not given to be assumed, as long as it looks in proportion and fits the description given o As much detail as possible • All parts to be drawn separately and then be added onto a part assembly • All parts to have dimensions • Colour each part • STL format • Each part to have the following views- top, right & front view • Stress analysis on each part • An animation of the forklift moving The frame for the forklift design o Please see attached for the picture with dimensions o The two front wheels diameters will be 250mm with a 50mm thickness. Which must be drawn with a shaft and one nut in the middle. o The back wheel which is the turning wheel will have two arms attached to the steering wheel column to turn the wheel. The diameter of the wheel will be 200mm and 100mm thickness. o Four holes to mount the chair onto it, chair area to be sunken by 2mm o Add a sunken area for the steering wheel and pedals The Chair design o Design a chair that will act as a container to hold 360 liters of water but be shaped as a chair o The chair to have a space under to have the wheel to turn o An outlet valve to discharge water o An inlet valve to allow water to be pumped in o Four attachments plates to be able to bolt down the chair to the frame The steering wheel design There needs to be a steering wheel drawn and attached to the frame The bottom of the base must be a box of dimensions 30cm by 30cm With a shaft leading to the rear wheel. A Threaded bar in the front middle to lift the forks and support bars o As seen in the attached picture o To be 2m tall o To be drawn separately The fork o To be redrawn as attached picture
