Hi your product dimension is very little and this will assembly by two part as there has PCB. Again the cable will inserted so the hole must be waterproof. So the product will not only sheet metal based. some plastic small product have to be used for this. You have to used the following item for it. 1. sheet metal enclosure ( 2 part) 2. Rubber seal for water proof ( middle of the two part) 3. plastic part for hole ( it may be two or one part) I am ready to deliver the job within 2 days. Regards kayes

I have already worked with sheet metal forming processes: cutting, bending and drawing. Furthermore, I worked in both parts of the development of the product: in the modelling stage and in the manufacturing stage. Hence, I have practical experience which helps to achieve a more suitable design oriented to the user and the manufacturer. My modelling work includes blueprints with all the necessary fabrication specifications. Considering the NEMA 4 requirements. This type of design probably would require two parts minimum to assure the waterproof standard. This may change in accordance with the final application of the product. If necessary a plastic seal will be needed. But these options can be explored in detail. If necessary a prototype can be fabricated and tested but this is not included in the cost above mentioned (222.22 US dollars)
