US Solar Inbound Process Aavailable

Nature of Work:

• To handle the call from customers ,queries related to who has already Installed solar panels or solar garden .

New Installation Quotations , Complaints registration , Etc.

Minimum Requirements from Center’s End :

• A Private limited Firm with Good Experience in international inbound process

• Minimum Man power capacity 30-40 Agents

• Well Furnished Office with Tier 1-2 Level Location

Center’s Payout Details

• 18 USD Hour Per Agents

• 8 Hour shift a day (shift timings Depends on Location of Center )

• Every week Payment Cycle

• 2 week payments will be given in advance to Center

• Two Qualified Mangers will be there for initial 2 month Center Handling

(i.e all expanses will be handle by Client side )

Note:

• Center Profile will only be accept from Registered Consultant from Particular Consultants only

• The center has to take care of Travel & Accommodation expenses at time of Site visiting

and they have to send Letter of Invitation along with the Documents needed to particular
