2d animation/cartoon required

JOB TO DO
1. I will give a video and/or audio and you have create a 2D animation version
2. The existing video will need to have the audio extracted.
3. The animation style can be basic with humorous cutscenes related to the content.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The animation style must be similar to the media reference I give.
2. The animation MUST be smooth
3. Design of characters, cutscenes and base location must be original and not copied from any other source(this will be extensively checked.
ANIMATION REVIEW
1. I will review the video submitted to me
2. If the video is not up to standard, it will be need to be fixed!
3. Animation must be smooth
Additional costs will be added should I feel it’s warranted.
This will be ongoing work and I cannot pay upfront, unless i have worked with a freelancer previously.
