Good day We have successfully dealt with many cracks and defects in existing structures. Do you have the longitude and latitude of the building for us to scrutinize on Google Earth. The crack at the lower right corner of the window and soffit of slab may not be related and have different causes. 1. Crack at window corner: - Is there a similar diagonal crack at the window lower left corner? - A small, near vertical crack or horizontal cracks in the mortar may be expected just above and in the center above the window and will need to be confirmed. 2. Crack in slab: - Which slab system was used for first floor construction, solid RC, Rib& Block etc. - How thick is the first floor slab? Other queries: Is the following information available: 3. Geotechnical report or tests of founding conditions. 4. Are there Architectural or Structural record drawings. 5. Records of construction materials used, confirming the strength thereof etc? We will scrutinize the findings and prepare a Structural report with findings, possible causes and recommendations, Terms & Conditions. a) The professional liability is limited to the gross fees payable to the Consulting Engineer. b) The duration of professional liability is 12 months from date of issue of report. c) Third party indemnity will not be covered by the Consulting Engineer. d) This Bid is valid until 28 February 2021.
