The idea is to regularly automatically upload all phone data (tel no's, email adds, photos, music, video, documents, bank/other financial details, phone-based payment method details, etc) and store them against the even of phone theft or loss, with a secure password entry to download data to a 'new' phone, or old phone when recovered.
