Bar coding link between scheduling website and confirmation emails

My company requires scheduling lecture appointments for new employees using a scheduling website (Acuity scheduling), however the process witnesses major deficiencies. What acuity helps us with is confirm that employees have registered appointments according to specific slots available. What my company requires is a bar coding system to confirm that these appointments are valid and to stimulate the process and make it more efficient, what we specifically require is when the employee receives a confirmation email with his appointment a bar code would appear in the email to stimulate the process.
