Recover Instagram account blocked by 2-factor authentication -- 2

We are a hardware company growing our digital presence. Social media is a key aspect for our marketing team. Our Instagram account is protected by Google's 2-factor authentication. But recently, we lost access to 2FA and we can no longer log in. We're looking for an ethical hacker who could turn off this feature so we can regain access to our account. FYI, we can still post via Hootsuite so we can prove that the account is ours and that we're not trying to steal someone else's Instagram.
