Time & billing link to pastel accounts

We run the Pastel Practice manager time & billing program (which is a separate program which was sold to us by pastel a couple of years ago, & is separate & totally different from the pastel time & billing module). The Pastel practice manager time & billing program links to Pastel partner 2004 via another program, Daemon,, whereby 1)when invoices are 'finalized' in time & billing, an automatic journal is raised in pastel, and 2)when customer details are raised in time and billing (name, address, contact details, vat number), the same details are automatically updated in pastel 2004. At present we have no option but to run pastel partner 2004, as it is the only pastel program that will 'link' with time and billing. We are able to export the necessary finalized invoice details and customer details from time and billing using its Reports function into, for example, excel. We are looking a program development whereby this information can be automatically uploaded into one on the latest versions of pastel.
