Need a customer success rep for cold calling and email reach-out

We are looking for a professional sales person with great phone etiquette and selling skills. The work involved reaching out to landlords and property managers and asking them to try out our software and give feedback after using it. You will be reaching out via email and phone so oral and written skills are a must. This is an on-going job for at least a year if we find that you did a good job. We would prefer someone with an understanding of North American business culture and professional jargon.
