The book is a self-help that is about how to make money online and sustaining income for young/apsiring. It will consist of 10 chapters and no longer than 200 pages background/introduction - this explains who I am and why I am writing this book. Where it all started. The introduction will also state the benefits of reading this book which are...... teach you how to make passive income How you can become financially free - escape the 9-5 rat race The difference between the poor; the middle class and the wealthy. 5-7 pages long. (1200-1800 words) Chapter 1- this chapter addresses the problem- the individual is lost, unsure what the best career path is to take, in order for them to be financially free and happy. If they should go college/uni or not. Are they smart enough to be financially free, is it too late? How long will it take?(not get rich quick scheme). How much money they will need to get started? The chapter will identify what makes a poor person poor and the identify what makes a rich person rich. Chapter 2 - the solution to the problem. This chapter provides a practical solution to those wanting to make passive income, or feeling lost with their career path. That solution is being an entrepreneur and escaping the 9-5 rat race. This chapter will cover why it this career path works( because it will give you assets, which is what makes a rich person rich) and will give examples of those who have benefited from it as well and my own experiencing implementing it. Chapter 3- Is being an entrepreneur right for you? In this chapter we will talk about the biggest concerns with being a young entrepreneur. We will talk about what makes a good entrepreneur how to avoid bad habits. Chapter 4 - In this chapter we will talk about the importance of having clear financial goals and priorities and how these will change in the future. You must work towards a plan in order to meet the goals you need. Chapter 5- In this chapter you will learn the importance of seeking mentors both in person and books. Chapter 6 - this chapter will identify the value of financial intelligence will give you the most important ways to make passive income. Financial independence is achieve when your monthly income from assets exceeds your monthly income. This chapter will explain what that means and the difference between liabilities and assets. Chapter 7 Finding a market - this method will teach you the method that I use to make passive income - a publisher. I publish information products which consist of three types •Digital products- CDs, DVDs, eBooks •Paper Products - newsletters, manuals, course and books •Live events - workshops and seminars and the benefits of selling information products. This chapter will teach you how I make my money with publishing and contains a list of 7 topics that consistently make money. This chapter will reinforce that by being a publishing type of entrepreneur it will eventually bring you financial independence and lead to acquiring more assets. Chapter 8 Finding products to sell - in this chapter you will learn how to find ready made products to sell to your hungry market. Chapter 9/ How to market it - in this chapter you will learn the most cost effective ways to market this product to your hungry market. It will also detail what to do if you encounter problems along the way and how you can overcome these issues. Chapter 10- This chapter highlights the benefits of what passive income can bring you. A fulfilling life, spend time with your family, focusing on your hobbies etc. It will also highlight how much this method of making money can realistically bring you. More importantly it will show you the first few steps to get started after reading this book and what to do once you start making passive income.
