Therefore, I'm looking for one HR recruiter who is passionate for finding just the right person for just the right role as well as truly driven and inspired by our vision in order to find and hire the right candidates for the following roles:
- Web Developer/Designer
- Online Marketing expert
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Transformational & Career Coaching.
- Act as an ambassador of Transformational & Career Coaching.
- Target, influence, and engage passive candidates through networking, online sources, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative programs .
- Use of big data in hiring(scientific matching percentages, probabilities of success, candidate 30-second pitching videos, insightful dashboards for both employers and job seekers
- Schedule and coordinate all interviews.
- Able to fully explain,support and promote to candidates Transformational & Career Coaching's vision.
- Ability to assess candidates’ drivers and true motivations and how they align with company's culture.
- Ensuring that the recruiting process is fully compliant with the national legislation in United Kingdom.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of proven full cycle recruitment experience and at least 1 year within a corporate environment.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

- A sales mentality/experience: Mentality to effectively communicate and sell our company -from the first phone screening to contract negotiations.
