I worked two years and six months for FedEx, in the billing and customer service department. I have experience as team leader, personnel management, problems solving, decision making, organization of activities, customer support, customer service, administrative assistant and intermediate - high level of use of computer tools. I have experience working in excel with pivot tables, pivot tables, graphs, working with numbers and data. Also with word I have the ability to enter alphanumeric data with precision.
